We need the following to enter your order:

2. company name (if applicable)
3. address (including city, state, zip code)
4. telephone number, fax number
5. purchase order number (if applicable)

If you are ordering from a catalog, please state the title of the catalog (including manufacturer), date of the catalog, page number, and item number so we may reference the information you are using.

If there is a date by which you must have your order, please let us know when you place your order.

Leadtime

Standard leadtime is 14-21 days for items, once we have confirmed the receipt of your order.
